Cat-Run is a story by myself, Haley. It is about a bunch of anthropomorphic animals fighting against the evil wolvians, and having to cope with death, friendship and love. The story is in four parts, but right now I'm only working on the first part.

This website was made so people could follow me, and so i could look back and see how I'd done. It's currently under a redesign so expect changed.

For more information, it's characters, it's story, and myself, look along the right.

Looky Looky.

Anna, Nurse of Cat-Run, and Cleo's hunnie-bun.

New ban-ban, it's of Hayley. I plan to add a background too, most likely with Fox and Cleo. Perhaps with a painting style that'll go with the covers of the books when i get around to making them. I can imagine them now...
I'll try and make the diary a little more art-based. When i started the diary, i wanted to have a picture at the top of every page, but I simply didn't get enough doodles. Now i've been doodling more than ever so i might start it up again.

The long-awaited cast page won't be long now, i've not started it, but i have began planning out precistly what i'm going two write. The characters included will be Hayley, Charlie, Fox, Cleo, Gruchiano, Chloe, Keith, Cecil and Sydney, all major characters of the first book. When the second book comes out, or is near to coming out, i will switch them around a little. (Sydney and Cecil will be dropped, since they don't play any decent role, and Tama, Twile and Anna will be added.) Either that, or I'll put in the 'main' cast, that are major in all four books (Hayley, Fox, Charlie Gruchinao and Cleo) and put the other characters in parts below. I've actually been finding it easeir to draw on my computer than usual, so hopefully i can get something pumped out. I'm considering making Hayley and Fox full-body pictures and leaving the rest as portraits, but i'm still thinking.

I'm planning to add links at the bottom of the page for my DeviantART and Furaffinity, since i noticed they haven't been added. I'll do a similar thing with Psychic Ferret. Perhaps i'll do my fursona/brit as chibis and make them hyperlinks. I don't know yet. What i do know is that i'll start including more pictures in the autumn/fall and winter layout. Nothings really decided, it's just planning, planning planning.

I'm going to be re-orgonising my pages too, maybe write some interesting articles from within the cat-run world, about the types of religon and cat-run positions. I dunno. It'd be fun, but not a very high priority. I'm going to be writing an article that completley summarises Cat-Run as a whole, because i don't have one yet. But cat-run is very hard to compile, it's so complicated to explain in one post!

The Beta Project, by the way, is getting very close to completion! It's a little longer than Cat-Run, and might just reach 200 pages in it's first draft.

Looking Back at The Beta Project

So today i was digging around in my old writing, and i mean really old, when i still thought farting was funny, and i came across an old draft of The Beta Project. For those of you who may not know, The Beta Project is a book featuring Kiana, the last girl left, and Beta, a robot who can feel emotion, who fall in love and run away.

I'm not sure how old this thing is, I must have forgotten about it or something. I can't remember how much it's like the newer copy later on, because i only have a page and a half, but it just made me laugh out loud thinking how much it's changed. It's still called 'The Beta Project', unsurprising really, i just love that name, but that's almost the only thing similar. The obvious ideas, it's about the last girl who falls in love with a robot, it's set in the future, her daddy is evil, ect. but there are a lot of differences.

Kiana, the main character of the story, was a husky called Mona, in one part of the story she just submits to her father because he wants her to marry and have kids (cause you know, when you're the last woman alive, that's the thing you gotta do). She's now a white panther, i remember she changed to that because i was slowly adding more and more features and i wanted to try a panther. In one part of the story, she has an outright fight with her father just by bringing up the idea of marriage. I guess it's easy to say she's gotten a bit more 'snappy'.

Her father, the Captain, has changed a bit to. Before he was all responsible and well-knowing, always wanting the best for everyone, ect. (but he turns evil in the end) but in the current version, he's just a monster who wants to be known in history, right from the start. Maj, a friend of Kiana's mum, was apparently called Stacy, but surprisingly little seems to have changed on her end...

Lastly, in my old plot i had a sub-storyline explaining why Beta was created. Apparently he was made so he would travel out in space so they had another planet to inhabit. He didn't want to, so he ran away with Kiana, and they fell in love some time after. Personally, i quite liked the plot, but unlike Cat-Run, The Beta Project isn't a story you can have a sub-plot. I decided to leave it out because it was much to complicated.

Uh... and that's about it of looking back at the Beta Project (next week, Cat-Run (only kidding, that would take forever to write!))
Not sure why i'm writing this. Perhaps i just needed to write this, and journals are the only place i know where.
